United States United StatesLOVE this treadmill. Ordering & paying was simple on the website. Paid for delivery & installation. However, the breakdown happened shortly after when the delivery driver came alone & said he wasn’t allowed to bring the unit inside (it was also raining). He informed me that there is a separate company deployed to move the unit inside & assemble it. This was not communicated during the process at all. When I called customer service, I was told someone would call me back within a few minutes. Four hours later, I called back & told the person on the phone that the unit was outside being rained on…and was told that someone would probably be able to get out to move & assemble it within a week. Lol! I just decided to tackle that part myself & ask for the money refunded for the assembly. Sort of a pain, but the treadmill is fantastic

It is my second Precor treadmill, the first one lasting for daily workouts, over fifteen years. This is smooth, quiet and so user friendly. There is nothing I don't love about it, and I am so happy with my purchase.

United StatesI am very satisfied with my Precor treadmill. Feels solid, quiet, easy to maintain, keeps accurate speed, belt tracks well, and the jogging surface has a nice feel to it.. We had an issue with the belt slipping and put in a work order. The repair company contacted us immediately and set up an appointment for the technician to come to the house in 10 days which I felt was fine. After speaking with the technician, I was able to easily fix it myself while Facetiming. Looking forward to putting in many more miles.
